SISMA model will be used at national level as best practice of innovative financing model

The SISMA’s Slovenian partner GOLEA organized the workshop ‘Opportunities and challenges on the field of increasing the energy retrofit of public buildings and traffic with introduction of innovative financing mechanisms’ in Slap, Vipava

On 19th January 2018, the SISMA's Slovenian partner GOLEA organized the workshop 'Opportunities and challenges on the field of increasing the energy retrofit of public buildings and traffic with introduction of innovative financing mechanisms' in Slap, Vipava.

It was showcased the state of the art regarding the use of energy and possible retrofitting of public buildings as well as the opportunities in the field of public retrofitting using innovative financing models included in the new National Cohesion Policy together with the current bank products available for this purpose.

The event finished with a round table where stakeholder, beneficiaries, experts in energy, financial institutions and public administrations discussed on the topics raised during the workshop.

As a result, the SISMA model will be used at national level as best practice of innovative financing model to finance investment projects on deep energy retrofitting of public buildings and will be promoted at national legislative level.
