On 7th November 2017, a joint high-level Conference on clean energy financing of European Parliament and Commission will take place in Bruxelles.

The conference will gather politicians, officials, investors, experts, stakeholders to discuss and evaluate the “Clean Energy package”, approved by European Commission, which  provides a set of draft legislation within the framework of renewable resources, energy efficiency and  Community governance, in order to supply to European consummators safe sustainable and competitive energy. Key topics of the programme are the discussion around the future of energy transition , both current and future role of European Union as a key actor, the methods of acts to bring Europe using clean energies, specific energy projects  on a large-scale and the transfer infrastructures and production of electricity supporting this process.

As settled by Paris climate Agreement to face global warming, European Union find as  necessary a series of important investments in the clean energy sector, considered one of the most relevant field for European economy.

To reach the target in 2030, EUR 379 billion need to be invested between 2020 and 2030, especially for energy efficiency, renewable energies and infrastructures.
